i realised that i received the
most and the
coolest presents this valentine's day. although its unmatchable to abigail's collection. please lah...the guys in her class actually gave stuff like flowers while the guys in my classes just err...received?? LOL. the whole day, i've been eating sweets, chocolates, brownies and cookies and no proper meal. i'm going to grow even fatter now. raahh!! i can just die.
my new classmates gave many sweets and chocolates. plus a few letters here and there. i felt bad coz i didn't have enough of my
cheapo milky bars to give them. my new class chairgirl, evangeline was so sweet and gave us all a rose. my previous class ordered roses too but i guess council's in a mess and we didn't receive them. went home to keep the flower and came back to school to go for the learning journey to the parliament house with s10!
at the parliament, security was tight and the security guards and the guide kept laughing at
rain and her 3 big helium balloons. HAHAHA! it was quite boring at the start but things got really lame and crappy when they let s10 into the mock parliament to do some acting. mrs wee was being lame. she spread this rumor about me liking the guide which was totally
OLD, UN-HOT, NOT CUTE and NOT MY TYPE. can i just
PUKE??? she and my classmates kept asking me to ask for his name and number.
WTFFF??? i think mrs wee is the one who likes him...she's always so
desperate even though she's married.
we had some mock parliament session which was totally hilarious! imran was the guard and had to carry a mace, winston was
"MR SPEAKER" (the leader of the house) and steph was the clerk. all of them had to wear a black robe and imran lead them as they marched in and winston went to sit right at the top. then he
bowed and everyone
bowed back. so funny la. oh...and i ended up as the minister of infocommunications and the arts in the PAP together with rain (minister), bryan (prime minister) and jaslin (minister). the opposition was he fan (shadow minister-wth!), wei rong (leader of the opposition), ching wee (NMP) and jason(NCMP). the others like adi, wani, tong le, jim and jasper were party-less but they still had a say in the rulings.
hilarious!the first session was scripted and we had to come up with our own debate on banning violent cartoons in the second round. quite fun. in the end Mr Speaker voted in favour of the opposition but mrs wee and the guide said that we were actually stronger and our points were good. XD it could've been more fun if the whole class came especially with pris and zhihui.
i thought they were going for dinner/movie after that but everyone went home instead. ended up going to the airport to meet abbs and clare to collect
more valentine's day gifts. abbs gave me a lolli! i still owe her a rose.
clare gave me a 2GB mp3!! YAY-ness!
omg....its something that my parents could NEVER afford to buy me. i'm a
HAPPY kid today!
